We stayed as a family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very elegant, unfortunately too cold to use the beautiful outdoor pool in winter. The staff were very helpful, making is feel welcome and very efficient. The receptionist, Esther was very helpful, giving us her WeChat and sharing locations of onterts as well as being available should we need help. We really enjoyed touring around the region, beautiful scenery and very interesting local culture. We plan to return as soon as it's possible. Great Hotel.

The hotel's Corky and the high cold cat accompanied me for dinner and breakfast, especially Corky. Every time I went out, it was busy with it. I looked at its fat back and worried about its health. If you don't lose weight, this Corky's heart will have problems in the future. Overall if budget is enough this hotel is worth a holiday stay, there is also a mini gym. There are two disadvantages. First, the hotel refers to the last kilometer of road conditions from the turn of the national road. Second, there is no elevator. These two defects will reduce the experience of high-end hotels.

4⃣️酒店地處財富廣場。 5⃣️酒店房間設施一級棒。 房間大乾淨一面牆都是落地窗。 房間有茶桌定位商務房間很是合適。 6⃣️夜晚值班電話無法打通。無人應答。 酒店停車場管理混亂，停車很是麻煩。 7⃣️酒店前台人很善良，但是服務意識與服務態度有待提升。 查房服務員不夠細緻，我的一個大大的黑色箱子盡然沒有被發現，我跑了幾十公里折返回來取。 1⃣️攜程網酒店房間圖片與實際房間較大出入，客人衹能是通過圖片介紹瞭解房間大小與設施。所以店家一定與攜程合作好，給予客人最準確的訊息才是。 2⃣️後經本人積極和前台爭取，前台上門道歉給予調換房間，道歉的態度極為誠懇，再次表示歉意，沒有給足5分評論，着實是想讓酒店老闆培訓好員工服務精神。 3⃣️期待下次入住一切都好。
