The breakfast was very good. The trip to Xinxiang City stayed at this hotel for two days and it felt great. There are too many shopping and eating around, very, very convenient. Next time I come to Xinxiang, I will stay here again.

I have stayed at the New Century Grand before and as before the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was tasty and had plenty of selections both eastern/western. The difference this time was the ongoing pandemic but the hotel has a good regime set up so I felt safe and protected during my stay.

Because my boyfriend is from Xinxiang, I came from Beijing to surprise him on his birthday. I saw on Ctrip that Radisson Hotel is a five-star hotel in Xinxiang with a very good environment and good reviews, so I chose to book this hotel. I prepared nearly 20 express deliveries for this surprise. I contacted the hotel a week before check-in and wanted them to help collect the express deliveries. The hotel arranged for the head of the concierge department to connect with me on WeChat. The attitude was super good.
