设施：缺了冰箱，其他的還是滿意。沖涼房的涼衣架，有些生銹。其他的設施ok。
卫生：衞生可以。
环境：環境舒服，安靜，綠色，負離子充足
服务：服務很好，早餐缺了面包機
房間忘記了拍照。有機會再補充

大雨天氣，景區內出行非常不便。因為沒有接駁車。
早餐品種看上去多，但是就是同類食品分不同器皿裝而已，質量不高。
前台服務不敢苟同，當時因為下大雨，房間分配到山頂，離餐廳和大堂非常遠，又沒有接駁車，讓我們怎麼辦。後來在我們強烈要求下，才換到和大堂餐廳附近的樓層。終於不用淋雨。
晚餐就在酒店吃飯，飯菜量少，還非常貴，沒辦法僅此一家，不然就要下山走10公里才有餐廳。
第二天去坐纜車，準備看看風景，結果排隊40分鐘，雨中排隊幾次，排隊換票，排隊確認身份，排隊上車，流程複雜到昏，煩透了，可惜雨霧中除了白茫茫一片霧，什麼也沒有看到，山頂下來又還要重新排隊驗證後乘纜車下來，真是吃飽了撐的，現在也想不明白為什麼？
請問你們的服務和承諾為什麼差那麼遠，怎麼對得起1300元一晚房價這個價格

房間景色都還可以。就是隔音比較一般，明明想度假一大早被小朋友跑來跑去大喊大叫吵到沒脾氣。餐廳用餐也十分混亂和擁擠，其實景色很不錯都挺放鬆，就是服務有待提高。另外温泉管理也有待提高，看到有人邊泡邊抽煙。服務人員也沒有制止，有點拉垮就是了。
