地理位置不錯，旁邊是天潤廣場，吃的喝的店很多，方中山胡辣湯就在對面，步行五分鐘不到的路程。消防隊美食一條街也在對面馬路，走過去一刻鐘的樣子，騎電動車幾分鐘到。酒店前台服務態度很好，由於當時住的樓層有裝修的，有影響到休息，反映後，主動給我換了樓層，而且有問題都及時解決了。不過酒店整體設施都有點老，特別是酒店的燈光太暗了，不光走廊暗，房間燈光也不行，隔音效果一般。
