千選萬選想找個安靜的民宿，衝著靜謐去的，結果掉坑裡了，還是大坑。噪音大，不知道哪裡，啤酒瓶子哐當哐當到十來點，最後發現是樓下，樓下的餐廳，這設計真是絕絕子。房間外走廊是木頭的，有孩子十點半還在那不停的跑，屋裡就像地震一樣。房子不隔音，一點都不隔音，與外面就隔了一層玻璃，門還不好關。房間設施簡陋，沒有電視，衹配了一個牀頭櫃一個衣架，東西沒地方放，燒水壺衹能在床頭櫃上，相當不安全，廁所還反臭。服務人員愛答不理的，枕頭髮黃，有污漬，後來打電話反饋，服務人員解釋説是天潮，涼不幹，用碳火烘乾的，給換了個枕頭套，搞不明白。

環境優美，安靜，乾淨衞生。民宿的菜也很好吃，尤其早餐的蒸餃，念念不忘，下次有機會去郝堂村，還會住老闆家。

環境舒適安逸，家人都特別喜歡，飯菜也特別好吃，因為行程安排原因提前離店，老闆也特別理解，爽快地退了房費，再來信陽一定會再訂咱家的。

一般，走廊本來挺適合晚上坐一下的，但是空調外機在欄桿下面，熱烘烘的，走廊上電扇也沒有一個，走廊有人走路的話，房間也會感覺咚咚咚的。
