茶葉節期間到了信陽，雖然屬於忙碌期，但是酒店服務不打烊，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住時聽到旁邊客人説自己車特別臟，有沒有辦法洗下，前廳經理毫不猶豫答應並且幫客人沖洗，特別值得稱讚！在入住時還貼心贈送禮包，有小零食，Ad奶，水果等，讓人感覺很驚喜，房間環境也很不錯，有個小院子，很是愜意！下次還會來的！前台張樂樂小姐姐服務超級好
