實施老舊了，長期沒有升級，嚴重缺乏現代化元素，太陳舊，沒有任何活力，一樓大堂變得不成樣子，感覺越來越像政府辦事大廳，太嚴肅了，一點温馨感也沒有了……

酒店也算信陽老牌的星級酒店了，位置很好，對面就是百花園，政府機關都在這邊，旁邊也有商場，房間雖然有些老了，但是也算乾淨，很不錯，停車免費，而且有特斯拉超級充電樁。
