優點是酒店較新，整體環境可；在景區門口，晚上可以看各種表演活動；副樓一樓是個書吧，環境很温馨，算是特色和亮點；停車在酒店外圍一圈。 接下來説缺點： 房間備品簡單，沒有小童拖鞋和牙具，多要任何備品都要收費；充電樁就兩個，1.5元一度。 自助早餐一般，晚餐在旁邊的仙遇記，味道一般。 服務很差，兩顆星給個別還熱情的服務人員，大部人服務意識較差；小朋友晚上撞了玻璃門，酒店也沒有應急處理，冰塊沒有，冰飲料沒有，説是景區有醫務室，走到景區醫務室也沒有人；房間座機是壞的，手機打前台反映並讓給再送兩雙託鞋，鞋沒送，座機電話也沒下文；晚上因為要點蠟燭過生日，想借打火機，生硬地告知是無煙區，沒有打火機，想溝通一下問餐廳也沒有火麼，就一句話沒有打火機，完全沒有想幫忙解決的意思，這是讓人最不爽的地方，後來還是辦入住的其他客人聽不下去借給用一下。 總之，硬件還行，軟件不行，景區離市區不遠，如果自駕，沒有必要住景區附近，仙女湖不大，環湖也不需要很長時間。
