The room was large and clean, and the owner's service was excellent.

The environment is very clean and tidy, the owner's service is superb, and the view is expansive, offering a complete view of the neighboring school. The independent guesthouse offers excellent privacy, making it perfect for those with social anxiety. There are many restaurants downstairs, and transportation is convenient. It's also very close to the school gate. The owner is very nice and I highly recommend staying here.

The photos are completely different from the actual room. The facilities are outdated; the original facilities from the IU Hotel haven't been upgraded. The sink was covered in hair, and I had to rinse it two or three times with boiling water. The paint on the walls is peeling badly, and the kettle's opening is broken and hasn't been replaced. The air conditioner is very noisy; I have to turn it off to sleep. The soundproofing is also mediocre. Maybe this is typical for discounted rooms.

The area is clean and tidy, the street is in good condition, and there are many restaurants downstairs.
