I needed a hotel near the airport for a late night arrival. It did the job at a reasonable price - had to take a cab though, it's quite a way from the arrivals hall. Everything was 'OK'.

前台5號服務很好，一進大廳就熱情的問好，辦理入住的速度也很快，看起來很專業，辦理完入住去電梯，還有專門的人送電梯，酒店的服務真是好的沒得説，進房間以後， 房間看起來也很寬敞，設施也很齊全，他們家用的床墊是乳膠床墊很軟，很舒服，一覺睡到大天亮🤭，晚上出門找吃的，小姐姐説隔壁有一條小吃街，到那邊逛了一下，賣的東西還挺多的，水果麪點什麼都有，而且離得還很近，早上給前台小姐姐打電話説需要送機服務，前台小姐姐幫忙預約了送機時間，特別提醒，如果需要送機的話，最好提前一個小時就要預約，預約過以後，如果到時間你還沒有下來，小姐姐會提前打電話給你的，整體入住體驗很好，推薦住他們家的小度AI聲控房房間更大更舒適，房間超讚！！！！！！！！

我就這麼説吧，這酒店建議直接停業整頓，什麼玩意啊，住兩天兩天停電，鄭州38度高温，白天出一身汗，晚上沒法洗澡一點光沒有，你不能讓我們舉着手機閃光燈洗吧。第二點酒店非常不作為，給我們關電梯裏10分鐘沒有任何補償不説，現在反口不承認，這酒店負責人也夠******啊！！！酒店斷電，走廊烏漆嘛黑，請問應急燈去哪了？消防安全是否合規？總之極差！！！送貴酒店6星好評！！！希望你和你的家人們不會體會到關電梯裏的感覺！！！

前台3號小姑娘非常熱情，兩個大人，三個孩子，實在是太滿意了，地理位置好，交通方便，在酒店一目瞭然，朋友們住的很遠，一聽到我的建議，立馬也定了這一家，很慶幸選擇到這一家，孩子們都流連忘返，體驗感超級棒！離地鐵機場都很近，房間裏面的衞生也是特別的乾淨，環境也是特別的優美。枕頭還是橡膠枕頭，房間也是特別的大。房間裏面還有小度智能。房間還是朝陽的，進房間有一種清新的味道，感覺回到家了一樣。
