Floral Hotel · Zhengzhou Tiancheng Hotel (Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport)

We chose Huazhu for our first night in Zhengzhou and also for our last night before leaving. The hotel's service and facilities are really commendable. They provided complimentary breakfast for us and our child, and even offered airport drop-off service. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, which I really appreciate.

After traveling around Henan for 10 days and staying at several hotels, I chose this one for its convenience to the airport, and it was by far the most satisfying. The room was incredibly spacious with elegant decor. The central air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water was plentiful. Even though it's close to the airport, the soundproofing was excellent; there was almost no noise, making for a very peaceful stay. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. You can also easily reach Zhengzhou Expo Garden by bus. The hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic; they were well-organized and truly thoughtful in their customer service!

This stay exceeded my expectations, absolutely five stars! First off, the hotel's airport transfer service was incredibly reliable; the driver was punctual and communication was smooth, which was a huge relief for someone tired from traveling. Secondly, the service really stood out – everyone from the front desk to the room service staff was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel environment was also fantastic; both the lobby and public areas gave off a very relaxing and comfortable vibe. As for the facilities, the in-room amenities were new and comprehensive, very convenient to use. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, making for a truly worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. They even offered complimentary fruit and free airport shuttle service. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped.

This room is really interesting! There's a swing in it 😂 My wife loved it and played on it all the time, even eating and playing games on it. She said if the swing were bigger, she could even sleep on it 😂. The only downside is that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I'd suggest having staff double-check after cleaning.
