酒店性價比很高，老牌五星級酒店，中式園林式建築，開闊氣派，風景不錯。房間很大，訂的雙人間，帶了兩個孩子，加了床空間仍然很大，晚餐是在一樓餐廳吃的，菜系選擇多，有本地菜也有粵菜，味道不錯。
特別值得提的是服務，還沒入住，房間空調已經開了。辦理入住很快，送東西也很及時。特別是張主管接待熱情周到、非常細心，你沒想到的他都考慮了，酒店的設施和周邊配套，介紹的清清楚楚，因為趕早班飛機，來不及吃早餐，他還貼心地讓服務員打包了早餐放在前台，在這裏特別感謝您的用心。
酒店離機場距離很近，送機也很準時，是搭早班飛機理想的選擇。
一點小建議，房門隔音不足，白天走廊講話和關門的撞擊聲可以聽到，不過當大家都休息之後也就安靜了。這可能也與部分客人大聲講話和沒有輕手關門的習慣有關。可以提供耳塞或設定安靜區域給有特別需求的客人。

Very convenient for early departures from Zhengzhou Airport. Free shuttle. Very comfortable room. Only drawback is the restaurant, overpriced. Dinner too expensive.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very nice place. The transport driver, Mr Zhifeng Gu is very kind, very helpful. Really recommend this place to everyone who’ll visit Zhengzhou. Thanks!

Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel.
