Atour Hotel Huaxia Avenue Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport

I had a very pleasant stay, and the service was excellent. Since my flight was too early to catch breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared a snack bag with milk, eggs, bread, and some fruit, which was a very nice touch. The airport transfer was also right on time.

The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. The environment was incredibly clean, and the room had excellent ventilation and natural light. The facilities were complete and well-equipped, and the toiletries were of good quality. The staff were gentle and polite, providing attentive and meticulous service. It was quiet and peaceful, and convenient for getting around. I felt secure and comfortable during my stay. Overall, it was a five-star experience, highly recommended!

The pickup service is available anytime, which is really convenient as you don't have to wait for a fixed schedule. Otherwise, it's pretty much standard Atour quality. I chose a room furthest inside for quiet, but around midnight, I could clearly hear people talking loudly from another room. Luckily, it only lasted about half an hour and then stopped.

The hotel has an underground parking lot and is very close to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service! The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the heating works really well. On the first floor, there are three washing machines and dryers. What really surprised me was the breakfast – there was a huge variety of options!

The service here is top-notch, five stars all the way! Customer service was prompt and efficient. When my flight schedule changed, they quickly and seamlessly rearranged my airport transfer. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the fourth floor. I realized I was out of masks just before leaving and politely asked if the hotel had any. She kindly gave me two, which was incredibly helpful in the moment.

Facilities: The hygiene was spotless, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for.

Upon entering the room, I went to the toilet and wiped the seat, only to find the inside of the bowl was dirty. I forgot to take a picture because I had to head out quickly. The next day, my child tried to watch TV, but it wouldn't turn on. However, the service was quite good; they brought water to the room when we checked in and gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

The hotel's location is good, although getting cars in and out isn't the most convenient. The staff were very welcoming, and the overall environment is pleasant. I felt that all the hotel amenities were thoughtfully provided. For the price, what you get is quite good. I'd give it four stars.

Close to the airport with spacious rooms and a great breakfast. The shuttle service to the airport makes it my top choice for travel. The facilities are high quality, everything is clean and tidy, and the service is prompt and excellent. Plus, the soundproofing is good.
