GGuest UserThe hotel's environment and hygiene are excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was neat and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The smart Xiao Du assistant was very convenient to control. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and helped me with downloading the invoice online, and even arranged a late-night snack for me – it was so thoughtful!

GGuest UserThis hotel seems to be a state-owned, old-fashioned luxury hotel with a rather retro decor. The facilities are decent, and the service is good. Communication was very smooth, and a key point for us was that they provided a bed rail for our little one.
I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Jia Qingxia from Housekeeping. She helped us coordinate a room change in the evening. With her assistance, we were able to rearrange the bed and the sofa/coffee table, and she expertly installed and secured the bed rail for us. This made our eight-month-old feel very safe and secure.
Thanks also to Supervisor Zhang and his team of drivers. The hotel's airport shuttle service is excellent. They helped us with our luggage when getting in and out of the car, and even lifted the stroller. They were also very helpful in answering questions about connecting flights to high-speed trains from a guest's perspective.
Kudos to these responsible and caring staff members! 👍

Kkassim dakhI stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and both were terrible experiences. The heating system does not shut off—the room turns into an oven, and the entire floor felt overheated. I couldn’t sleep at all and had to wake up several times during the night not knowing what to do.
The thermostat doesn’t work, so there is no way to control the temperature. During my first stay, the room didn’t even have a window; they brought in an external AC and later moved me. On my second stay, the room had a window, but it didn’t help—the room stayed extremely hot.
After two stays with the same issue, this is clearly a persistent problem. I will not be returning.

First off, the hotel's airport transfer service was incredibly reliable; the driver was punctual and communication was smooth, which was a huge relief for someone tired from traveling. Secondly, the service really stood out – everyone from the front desk to the room service staff was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel environment was also fantastic; both the lobby and public areas gave off a very relaxing and comfortable vibe. As for the facilities, the in-room amenities were new and comprehensive, very convenient to use. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, making for a truly worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the terminal, allowing for quick check-in and rest even with a late-night arrival. The bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The 24-hour front desk service is attentive, and they also offer punctual wake-up calls and express check-out, which really helped me catch my early morning flight without any rush. TTravelling MarsThe hotel location is excellent. Staff is helpful. The breakfast starts from 5:30. How ever the shuttle bus leaves at the same time. Thus no time to enjoy the meal. Suggest to just the frequency and timing for shuttle bus.

The room was spotless and tidy, the bed was comfortable and soft, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support and softness. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always responsive to guests' needs. From patient guidance during check-in to the attentive service of the room attendants, the most thoughtful touch was the airport pick-up and drop-off service – the driver was quick and his service was impeccable.
