環境：酒店外一大片園林，非常適合散步，風景超美，還有池塘，綠植豐富。
衞生：房間很乾凈，最重要的是這個季節不潮，也沒有蚊子，採光很好。
服務：重點是服務真的超級好，入住時前台妹妹盡力滿足了我們所有的要求，非常專業。餐廳的叔叔和妹妹也非常好，對客人照顧的無微不至。因為愛吃白洋澱的鹹鴨蛋，餐廳妹妹還特意從後廚拿了兩個給我們，吃完飯給我們送了熱茶上來，超愛！市場小姐姐時德苗超nice，特意打了電話回訪入住體驗。
設施：酒店房間特徵準備了驅蚊貼和濕巾，防止客人外出遊玩不方便，非常貼心！

酒店環境非常好，在園林裏，特別適合帶小朋友度假。酒店門口就是咖啡廳，非常方便，咖啡味道也不錯，以後有時間週末也可以去住兩天。

房間不錯，床很舒服，成品質量也挺好，總的來説硬件很好。
但是服務太差了！寫的是2點入住，我們3點到，九間房，衹有兩間能入住，剩下七間都沒有打掃。前台説因為攜程給上一個客户延遲退房特權，所以晚了，也可以給我們延遲退房。我們提出不需要延遲，可否贈送早餐（房間含8人早餐），前台答覆不行，我們讓她提出別的解決方案，她説沒有，且早餐做不了主，需要請示領導。然後就去了辦公室，之後再未出現。催促前台其他人，其他工作人員毫無反應。等待二十分鐘後，來了個很瘦的男的，説：你們的早餐都贈送了，這樣你們滿意了吧？！
真的是開了眼了！硬件達標，軟件可能很難達標了。我們最後一個房間打掃好衞生是四點半！
