在這家酒店度過了一個難忘的假期, 從入住到退房的每 一個環節都令人滿意。酒店的景色迷人, 位於白洋澱東畔。房間非常乾淨整潔,佈置得温馨 舒適。床非常舒服, 每次都能睡得很香。房間的設 施齊全, 前台工作人員態度友好, 辦理入住和退房 手續非常迅速。

端午節帶長者出門散心，看了很多家酒店，最終定了木棉，入住前一天酒店的時德苗女士就聯繫我，由於是帶長者出行 還貼心的 安排了大一些的房間，以便輪椅進出。酒店環境非常好，感覺像在一個公園裡，有一點非常好就是無障礙設施遍佈酒店各處 ，方便輪椅進出，家裡長者特別滿意這家酒店。以後還會來。

雄安木棉花酒店真是個被忽視的寶藏度假好去處，宣傳過分低調，以至於要不是身邊朋友去過説好都不敢訂😂😂到了之後，發現服務和設施簡直不輸四千一晚的迪士尼花園酒店😆😆性價比太超值
酒店本身是華潤集團的培訓基地，也對外開放，但散客很少。別墅式的客房設計，環境清幽，內部曾經有高爾夫球場現在停了，於是就有了超級超級超級大的草坪、湖泊，清晨聽着鳥叫蟲鳴沐浴陽光醒來，孩子在這裏極大程度的貼近了大自然
酒店服務也是賓至如歸，訂房間時聯繫到了前台李經理，幫我們隨時關注着有着更好房型的房源；表揚早餐自助餐的服務人員車晨汐小姐姐，以及午餐中餐廳的何文雅和金梓珊小姐姐，熱心體貼服務，為孩子打包贈送了酸奶和水果拼盤，在這炎熱的時節外出郊遊時吃着打包的水果拼盤心裏十分感動～
