之前多次在這入住，住的都不錯，每次入住後勤太讓我給評價也習慣性都給了高的評價。雖説個別服務員態度一般，但是得還算舒心，但最近發現住的房間一次比一次差，房間地毯味道大、洗漱用品少放，房間打掃不乾淨、房間內Wi-Fi無法使用等等問題，找前台解決，均被時間晚無技術人員到房間檢查，讓我連其他房間的（連上卡的要命），或是已入住無法更換其他房間、沒有其他房間等理由來搪塞，問題一一解決不了讓顧客承受，真的很失望，很失望，很失望！
