沒見過環境這麼差的酒店和這麼服務態度這麼差的前台。 9.28 訂的房間 10.1 晚上來了告訴我沒房間了，把我商務套安排了一個婚禮主題酒店。我邀請人做客就這樣我怎麼辦？前台一臉不服又蠻橫讓我退房或者降級成大床還不退差價？還告訴我我們六點半來的太晚了，阿姨下班了我也沒辦法，你們自己解決吧就去接待別的入住客人了。真的勸大家一句別來了
