昨天晚上入住時當時的值班美女説我的訂單太便宜不能入住讓我自行聯繫客服，客服申請補貼後我轉給店，平台轉給我住店問題解決，值班的那個美女態度可能是因為價格問題所以有一些波動，我聯繫客服給她補了差價後，也就是按照店裡正常的價格補了錢，給我安排的房間我感覺她是帶着情緒的，我感覺這不應該是常規房間的樣子，應該是維護中的房間，我會貼圖，特別説下今天早上我們走的時候的值班美女就是特別棒的，熱情友善，如果説人員給分我會給她💯，整體來説我媽還是很滿意的，在社會染缸裏時間長了，我也不會生氣啥的，對於這種事情也就淡然一笑。

第一次自己訂酒店，公共衞浴沒有浴而且廁所沒有門，住的房間更是沒有門鎖，房間沒有熱點，這樣的房間搞不懂為什麼可以掛在網上讓人訂還説有公共衞浴，到店時沒有人，朝樓上大喊了一聲才有人下樓，下樓之後接老公電話，兩個人在電話裏吵，不理解，我衹是一個標準單間就可以把我晾在那裡嘛？如果提前告訴我是這樣，我可以去其他地方呆一宿，沒必要這樣。之前不理解為啥要限時取消退房，明明二十五號十點來鍾訂的房間，十一點半左就取消不了了，等到三十號看到是這樣的房間，我明白了，真是一個聰明的方法。我不是説他們倆家所有的房間都是這樣的，但是我來訂酒店的時候確實沒有提前通知我是這樣的情況。
