This is an old hotel,(20+ years) need a lot of attention in their facilities, never been in a hotel where all inclusive is not included, We ask for beer and wine to our room and Jair told us to come and get it . They do have a 24 room service. No A/c in common areas, so it make a little uncomfortable, the tv it was as old and
small , II couldn’t believe the heat in the hotel. Other the the people or front desk they were Awsome

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in vacanza e abbiamo passato delle giornate spettacolari, ci siamo divertiti tantissimo, ci siamo rilassati e ci siamo goduti la vacanza, ci sono piaciuti gli spettacoli e il fluo Party. Grazie a tutti (Georgina, Mike, Gioele, Paulina, Diego e tutti quelli che sono stati estremamente, molto bravi) non vorremmo più tornare a casa ma speriamo di tornare presto in Messico!!! GRAZIE A TUTTI!!!

To start off, this is a beautiful Resort and as many people have suggested, it isn't a party resort. It was a bit more busy than I would have liked at this time of year and there were activities around the pool that did get very noisy but not for long. The grounds are gorgeous and well taken care of. I was very impressed with two of the ala carte restaurants. The grill and Toscana were excellent and the food was delicious and well prepared. The Mexican was not my favorite at all and the buffet was a complete disappointment. I did upgrade when I arrived and enjoyed lunches and a few dinners at Bloved. Also had lunch at the snack bar which was a good experience and nice to sit in a shady place. But, I would really have to think long and hard again about going back based on an unfortunate experience I had at the end of my trip. I feel bad about mentioning it, but on the other hand, it was something that I was told by security that had happened to others previously. The resolution was nothing and the resort offered nothing. What had happened was someone let themselves into my safe in the room and they went into my wallet and took out US money. And it is for this very reason that I would most likely not go back again. On top of the theft, they also had access to my credit card numbers and my passport information. So when they call it a room safe, it really isn't because your passcode isn't the only way to get into the safe.

We vacationed here for 10 days in April, 2024. It was an amazing resort, including staff, food and amenities. The dining options were great, our favorites were the Grill (amazing steak) and the Italian, but the buffet was always great. We enjoyed the pool, the beautiful beach, volleyball and the Mexican night dancing show. The lush green setting added to the romantic, peaceful and quiet setting. It was perfect overall. Some of the many staff that were excellent include Carlos, Quetzabel, Yolanda,Jesus, Carmen, Astrid....and our lovely server at the Tequilla bar. Thank you all!

Bellissimo e grande villaggio immerso nella natura incontaminata. Molto bella e quasi sempre affollata la piscina, cosi come la spiaggia, le alghe venivano tolte di continuo e la situazione in mare era buona. Grandi e pulite le camere. Buono il cibo, in particolare il buffet della colazione, per la sera si puo scegliere tra sei ristoranti a vario tema. Conveniente la soluzione all inclusive. Da segnalare il funzionamento del WI FI potente e disponibile ovunque. Personale gentile e disponibile, da quello locale alla responsabile italiana. Escursioni disponibili , noi abbiamo fatto quella di Tulum e kaba' di mezza giornata e quella fi Chichen iza e cenote di una giornata intera. La seconda abbastanza impegnativa, dalle 7,30 alle 19:30 e si cammina parecchio sotto un sole micidiale. Ma ne vale la pena. ATTENZIONE non portate piu di 200 sigarette a persona. io ne avevo 5 pacchetti extra ed a Cancun mi hanno fatto pagare 191 euro (non e' un errore) di multa. Bellissima vacanza, da mettere in conto tante ore di volo. Altra menzione particolare per Speranza, guida locale parlante italiano perfetto e grande conoscitrice della storia Maya

We joined the animation of Catalonia’s village and we liked it very much. We stayed here for a week and we did some games like volleyball and olimpic games. We played with Georgina, Paulina, Gioele, Regina, Mike and Shamed. Thank you very much, see you next time!

When booking through ******* it said shuttle service to the resort was included, but when getting to the airport they said it was not included and they were asking for an excessive amount of money for a cab to the resort
