非常之差！能發負分就好了！
1、下訂單我有備註房間要求，到了那發現壓根沒按要求給房間。並且沒有提前電話告知！到前台協調很敷衍，沒有表示歉意。
2、房間一股子黴味，晚上有蚊子無電蚊香，床單和地毯都是破洞，一次性拖鞋是見過最最薄的。
3、自助早餐也很差差，壓根不能算，衹有三四個品種，要麪條還得排隊去廚房要。坐那一會聽到好幾家人在説酒店房間差牆皮脱落，有家小孩睡一晚眼睛都腫了，可想而知這衞生。
4、訂了兩個房間兩晚，每個房間免費水兩瓶。第二天很奇葩就沒送水過來，我們去前台説了也沒送，後面再去問才送來。最後退房時候居然被扣了按金！！因為入住體驗實在太差，去前台理論。前台一女的很牛地説系統寫着的，她又不知道，我説這是你們內部協調問題，但我們顧客衹能找前台啊，而且這種錯誤都出，你們不是應該感到很羞愧嗎？！從頭到尾態度極差，一句道歉都沒有！！
