Facilities: Decent, with a unique touch. Cleanliness: Cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Environment: Elegant yet stylish. Service: The service is truly the best; every staff member is incredibly polite and attentive. When they noticed we bought a watermelon, the attendant at 1634 specifically left us a fruit knife. They offer a 'vitality tea' with various thoughtful flavors. Breakfast is also very rich and diverse, with a comfortable and cozy dining environment.

The room is well-equipped, comfortable, bright, and spacious, with a classic and elegant decor. The breakfast is varied, colorful, and distinctive. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch. It's centrally located, making travel convenient, and there's a free private parking lot.

The location is super convenient, really close to the train station, about 100 meters from Cao Wei Ancient City, and only a ten-minute walk to Pang Dong Lai Life Plaza. It's a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area. The decor is charmingly antique, and it's clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent too. Both my parents and the kids loved it. They even gave us a small snack bag when we checked out!

The hotel was great! I booked early, so the price was really good. There was a small hiccup, but the staff handled it perfectly. They even gave me tips on how to explore 'Pang Dong Lai' (a local attraction/store). The environment was excellent too. I'll definitely book here again if I'm ever passing through.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive. Initially, I was in a room facing the street, which was too noisy. When I brought it up with the hotel, they promptly moved me to a quieter room. Later, when I found the room a bit cold, they even provided an electric fan. The amenities were plentiful, and breakfast was also good.

The hotel was very old and the rooms were in a very bad condition and dirty. The water was cold and I couldn’t shower plus the AC was not working. It was a total nightmare. I will not recommend to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and the location is excellent and very convenient, with many shops just a short walk away. The staff service was wonderful, especially the room service staff, “鸽姐”Her ever-smiling face made us feel truly at home. Every day when we returned to our room, we would find two hot drinks on the table along with a small handwritten note. Sometimes, she would even leave a message to let me know that she had helped wash my socks after noticing them on the floor. These thoughtful gestures really touched me and made me feel warm and cared for. Another staff member, Mr. Wang Shuaiju (王帅举), welcomed us when we first arrived and also saw us off when we left. He was friendly and attentive, even reminding us to grab a hot drink before heading back to our room. Overall, I felt very pleased and grateful for the excellent service throughout our stay.

Whether it was communication or handling specific requests, everything was done in a professional and caring manner, making the overall experience very comfortable and truly memorable.

I stayed at Rebecca Hotel with my parents on June 25 and had a very pleasant experience overall. Although my first room had a noticeable smell of smoke which affected my rest, the issue was quickly resolved after I spoke to the lobby assistant manager, Ms. Zhao Yanfang, during breakfast the next morning. Ms. Zhao was extremely professional and helpful, within about 10 minutes, she arranged for me to change to another room on the same floor with my parents. Throughout the rest of our stay, she consistently greeted us with a warm smile, helped open doors, pressed the elevator for us, and even made light conversation. Her genuine hospitality stood out from the rest of the staff and made us feel truly welcomed. A big thank you to Ms. Zhao and the hotel team, employees like her are a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to come back again!

Rebecca Hotel stands out as one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 7-day trip. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly manager with refreshing drinks to cool down in the scorching 40-degree weather. The staff, dressed in elegant han fu attire, efficiently checked us in. The room was impressively spacious, complete with comfortable chairs and a large bathroom featuring a bathtub equipped with disposable covers. The hotel's location next to Cai Wei Gu Chang made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent place except aging facilities. The staff are very friendly and upgraded us to a better room for free. Free tea and fruit snacks are available. The breakfast is absolutely better than some of the 5 star hotels. The room service is great. The staff whom I forgot the name helped me with my luggage to the taxi. Xuchang is a pleasant surprise for me and my friends. We will definitely come back.
