太差了，辦理入住坐着個新來的啥也不會，還要等打電話喊人來辦，等了十分鐘態度還不好。然後又要喊交按金，攜程預訂多久沒交過了，然後按金是把錢掃給前台？正常不都是凍結嗎？房間地毯臟的發黑，熱水放十多分鐘都不會出。大半夜四點多走廊裏還大呼小叫的。四張早餐券，我們就一個人去吃，問一下有什麼吃的，態度惡劣還説自己是回族酒店衹有牛肉米線，吃不了就去吃饅頭。辦理退房也是態度惡劣，簡直絕了！
