Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

Last minute booking after my train was cancelled. Easy to walk to and from the east train station. Very comfortable rooms but signs to the elevator are lacking so ask the staff where to go once you’re checked in. Lots of little places to eat and convenience stores nearby which makes a short stay quite comfortable. The downtown area is about 35 minutes away by car. Wanda mall is about 20 minutes by car and Ikea is somewhere in between. Enjoy!

I freaking love this hotel during my stay in here(Xuzhou)..the buffet breakfast r great the staff superb service..I had small gift from the hotel n sliced pack watermelon upon check in..it was delicious!definitely will come back for sure!!looking forward and thank you for you guys service
