非常完美的一次入住體驗。還沒入住，管家就微信對接，到店後給升級了房間，房間乾淨舒適，就餐精緻，服務熱情周到。酒店距離各個景點都很近，對面就是雲龍山，中式裝修極盡東方美學，在酒店拍了很多美美的照片，隨手一拍就是大片。酒店贈送的旅拍服務也物超所值，攝影師阿華很有耐心，拍的照片非常滿意。下次來徐州還會繼續選擇雲東鏡！強烈推薦！

很好的療愈型酒店，課程也很豐富，酒店設施檔次比較高，無論是接待的管家，還是餐廳以及客房部的服務員，都非常熱情，值得再次體驗！

去徐州就是為了燒烤行，準備隨意定一個酒店，行程就是2天1晚。小紅書看了一些打卡記錄，就看到了雲東境，被圖片吸引了。立馬攜程搜了，非常吸引我，還有課程安排。入住感受和預想一樣，非常滿意，管家曦楚和國慶非常nice ，非常貼心，體驗了酒店的兩個療愈課程，酒店贈送的拍照，恆壹旅拍阿華老師，態度非常好，很耐心，小朋友拍的很開心。早餐也很豐盛全面，比較精緻。雲東境給這次旅行加了很多分。離博物館很近，酒店的馬路邊對面就是鍾書閣。打車去彭城風華也就10分鐘，推薦大家去看晚場，相當贊。這次旅程很滿意，有機會來徐州還會入住的。

專門來這裏療愈，體會禪意酒店的衣食住行。酒店的巧思讓人驚喜，她的服務更是讓人貼心。管家浩罡也在門口迎接，因為我對酒店的設計感興趣，管家海珍還特意帶我參觀了酒店的其它房間和設施。其實好的不止他倆，我在酒店遇到了每一位都讓人預約，大路門口的禮賓和到我們練習呼吸冥想和音缽療愈的兩位老師。

雲東境 雲龍山腳下最有禪意的酒店
沒想到第一次滿分酒店體驗是在自己家鄉徐州。
從外地回來，匆忙決定自己住酒店，從下單到入住不到1小時，整體服務體驗感受很好。
酒店規模很大，客房卻不多，大部分空間都用來造景，很有勇氣的嘗試。
房間裏mini吧免費，還有歡迎水果和每日早茶。體驗了音缽療愈，享受片刻的安寧既放鬆又養心。
遇到的管家服務都很好，管家海珍幫我辦理了入住，耐心向我介紹了房間裏的設施，管家艷梅幫我拿了外賣，即使很晚了。管家浩罡臨走送了我一個小門鈴是一個缽的造型。
最後誇一句早餐蠻好吃的～

本次出行酒店的環境非常好，管家浩罡和海珍的服務十分周到，小朋友因為感冒，還主動提出讓廚房煮了薑茶，準備了小毯子，贈送了下午茶。房間毎日有水果，贈送兩杯茶水，退房還送了伴手禮。酒店的餐食也讓人驚喜，特價是家庭正餐很有水準。恆壹旅拍的王攝影師早早到場等候，拍攝時有耐心，拍攝的照片我也很喜歡。總之，本次出行一切都很美好，已大力推薦給身邊朋友。
