本人在攜程 APP 預訂徐州回悦精品酒店10月4日﹣5日園景大床房（訂單號***********，付款486元），主要是因為提前在該平台看到圖片和文字都顯示該產品提供浴缸，故而選擇該家酒店該類產品。
10月4日晚10點，本人一家從外地驅車7小時到達徐州。家屬小孩先行入住，酒店在沒有事先現場告知家屬以及電話告知本人的情況下，將沒有浴缸的8201房間開給我們。當晚約11點半左右，本人後至酒店，當時因家屬小孩已休息，並未開燈也未留意到缺少浴缸這一情況。
次日早上發現後，將該情況反饋酒店前台，前台表示該酒店園景大床房有的有浴缸，有的沒有浴缸，因為國慶房源緊張，所以當時提供給我們的是沒有浴缸的。
本人認為，不管房源是否緊張，都不應該是實際產品與宣傳訊息不符的原因，此舉①虛假宣傳。②造成不正當競爭。③欺騙消費者。④破壞徐州良好形象。

家門口的酒店，去吃過飯，但一直沒有住過。
國慶期間朋友們來遊玩，綜合考慮，特地選擇回悦酒店。當然也感謝攜程能給出的合適的價格。
1、環境:酒店在宕口遺址公園內，小珠山山頂，景色綠化極佳。
2、內部硬件設施上沒得説，細節絕對到位。就看床頭配USB接口及三插頭的充電線。這在大多數酒店真不多見。
3、服務上一些細節值得每個酒店學習。
早餐採用套餐，三選一，食品豐富，用料考究，營養搭配合理！帶孩子來的，還可多加一份主食。還可以送餐到客房內。
住了幾天，每天都有婚禮。室內婚宴，室外草坪婚禮，真是熱鬧。
