服務非常好，最滿意的是他們向客人問好時都是面帶微笑，揮手致意！衞生也好！房間的犄角旮旯幾乎沒有灰塵！早餐也非常棒！品種豐富，給我印象最深的就是鴨血粉絲，自己動手，想放什麼配料放多少都是自己説了算！

酒店環境好，在湖畔，設施好，乾淨衞生，服務員態度好，前台領班劉洋特別熱情，幫我們購酒買店團餐，好吃不貴。
我們根據以往經驗，以為刮鬍刀是免費的，用後放入自己洗漱包帶走了，前台聯繫我們須交納20元，我們在交納之前劉洋幫我們申請了免責，謝謝她！

沒有最好，衹有更好
屋裡的燈光孩子説有點暗，看不清東西，可能現在年輕人好多眼睛都不好，哈哈哈，可以適當進步調整下燈光亮度的其實。
設施：設施保護的很好，沒有那種磕磕碰碰的爛角什麼的，噴淋花灑也都還不錯，熱水很持續。
衞生：衞生就看保潔服務態度就能知道，仔仔細細。
環境：落地窗加圍欄真的是很爽了。
