酒店設施特完善，你能想到的想不到的應有盡有。女兒指着提示牌跟我感慨“媽媽，針線包，各種枕頭，女士絲質睡衣、毛絨玩具、一次性泡澡袋～～都有～”到達前一天接到酒店電話詢問大概幾點到，帶幾個小朋友～得知我們三個孩子以後，説我原本定的親子房可能住不下，主動為我們升級了親子套房，孩子們喜歡的鞦韆滑梯都有，媽媽可以省心好好休息會兒了。早餐豐富、美味～管家小周服務周到，還免費為我們加了兩位早餐～細心又暖心～退房的時候還送了孩子氣球，孩子們很開心。第一次來徐州，很喜歡這家酒店。希望下次還能有機會入住。

還未到店，管家小周就提前聯繫安排好房間，在她的幫助下，我們住到了讓孩子非常開心的小童親子房，恰巧母親節當天入住，還給送了花和甜食，服務真的是甜到心裏去了，泳池乾淨，二樓餐廳美食也很棒，話不多説，有圖為證，我們在這裏度過了愉快的兩天，非常值得推薦。
