辦理入住的時候不是很順利環境衞生一般吧應該是老店了窗簾都很舊了床單被套睡了掉屑黑色的衣服往上一躺都是白的

1：攜程黃金會員有免費升房權益，到酒店前打電話問停車場的時候還有房間，到達後告知房間已經訂完了。不能升級房型，但攜程上面房型一直都有。前台最後説 關注公眾號，再給往上升一級房型，但是！到了房間後發現和之前定的大床房是一樣的沒有任何變化，房間小的不能再小，沒有一家酒店的房間可以這麼小，我把評論區的照片都看了 ，其他顧客定的大床房為什麼和你們説的升級後的房型一摸一樣。因為是挺晚到的等着去吃飯沒有找前台理論，因為辦入住的時候前台態度感覺不情願，本來就是來玩的，不想影響接下來的心情。不想掰扯沒用的。
2：全屋智能嗎？和全國的桔子酒店對標一下，還有比這家桔子更不好的嗎？和之前在其他地方住的桔子完全不同。牀頭櫃都是浮灰，後面的木頭都發黴有黑點了。沒住過那麼憋屈的酒店，小的還不如快捷酒店房間大。
3：吹風機裏面麻煩看一下，全是臟東西，很長時間沒有看過了吧？ 時間久了灰都一塊一塊的在裏面。
這次體驗感真太差了，這個價格一點都不值。來好幾次徐州這次住的酒店真踩雷。現在一想到都夠膈應人的。 要不是趕時間出去 每個細節都拍照看一下。衹能説太垃圾。
入住前我還開玩笑説會不會告訴我 你不能免費升級房型了，因為住滿了。果然 剛到那 我就問了一下，立馬告訴我沒有了。呵呵。我該享受的權益沒有就沒有，但就對於這個房間也是不滿意。如果那天我找到桔子酒店公司的投訴電話📞，絕對會投訴。

地理位置一級棒，步行可到豐儲街，離富國街也很近。我們的房間是沿着馬路邊的，不關窗睡覺會有的吵。
