位置優越，交通便利，出行方便。服務挺好，前台還給升級了房型，早餐品種也算豐富。大概“徐州高檔酒店排行榜第1名”的名頭是前幾年得的吧，現在看恐怕名不符實了，尤其是房間地毯上不少污漬，讓人頓生失望之感。

位置好，位置好，位置好。窗外景緻佳，出行更方便，地鐵2號線就在旁邊。去户部山、雲龍山、博物館、彭祖園均在幾百米可步行所至。停車場在負2層，前台在五樓，觀光電梯一覽雲龍山，客房在二十層之上視野開闊，城景、户部山景一覽無餘。周邊有商場，有餐飲都方便。服務挺好滿意，到徐州旅行首選。

空調完全不製冷，房間裏現在4月份已經28度了，根本熱的睡不着，不懂為什麼空調不給開製冷，去年八月份在天津希爾頓入住也是，衹是為了省電嗎，體驗也太差了
