Marriott Hotel will always be my number hotel in Xuzhou. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, definitely will be coming back.

The room was neat and tidy. Helpful and friendly staff. A relaxing lake park is just a few footsteps away.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.

The staff were very informative at check in advising of some of the facilities that had been closed due to Covid restrictions and changed location of the breakfast room. Going down to breakfast was great - some very helpful staff and a great selection of food. The in-room option for breakfast (leaving the card on the door for collection at night) didn't happen - I'd attempted that twice and the card was still on the door in the morning. The delivery of extra water with the robot was very cute.

Great location for relaxing. Service is good, Bre at the reception was very nice as well as Staff in the executive lounge. Sausages at the breakfast buffet could be better quality though

My room was amazing. I wish the room was high up though. The buffet Christmas dinner was nice but the dinner on the 26th was not so nice. We had left over turkey, we could tell it was left over because we had taken pictures before they closed, & the same turkey was served for dinner the next day. Other than that, my stay was really good and the staff was very friendly.

Booked an overnight stay to celebrate a birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room was very comfortable but was hot. Will definitely be staying again 😀

As soon as I entered the room, I smelled the fragrance I liked very much, which was soft and sweet. The room design is simple but not without details, and everything is just right. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a lake view king room. The scenery is beautiful in the evening and early morning, and the mountains and rivers make me like Xuzhou even more! The price of the first-floor bar is reasonable, not too high because of the hotel drinks. The waiters are beautiful and meticulous, which adds points to the good impression! In addition, whether you take a taxi, online car-hailing, Qingju electric car or walk, it is very convenient to travel! Next door is the Xinsheng Hongyang Shopping Center, which just opened on Double Eleven in 2023, with everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun! Overall, I am very satisfied and will book Marriott again.

The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Yunlong Lake, close to nearby attractions. The front desk service attitude is very good, and they also helped to upgrade the lake view room, which is spacious and comfortable. During the stay, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and responded promptly to any needs. The overall stay experience was very good, and I will consider staying at Xuzhou Marriott next time.

It is Marriott, which is higher-end than most hotels in Xuzhou. The service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the overall design of the hotel is very grand. Knowing that we are from other provinces, they also gave us a barbecue guide, which is very heartwarming.

I rushed to experience and check in Xuzhou Marriott before the holiday. The location is good and the service is good. It is close to the attractions and convenient for travel. There is no crowds in the city center and it is not remote. I am satisfied with this trip. The hotel also has many choices for dining. The breakfast is rich and basically covers Chinese and Western food.

Checked in on Saturday night, the room rate for a deluxe king-size bed room was over 1000. The porter at the door didn't look like a porter. Instead, he stood at the door in a uniform and looked at me coldly. The room cleaning lady was more enthusiastic. Went downstairs for breakfast at 8 o'clock. There was no fruit, and many food boxes were empty and not replenished. The room was hygienic and the bedding was comfortable. I will not stay in Xuzhou next time, and I don't recommend it.
