男性前台服務態度很好，入住前提前告知了房型情況，房間乾淨，燈稍有些暗，臨街但不會很吵，地理位置不算好，但是打車也方便，徐州打車價格不貴。

很好酒店靠近那個夜市離燒烤店也近吃的很好然後酒店衞生好但是床單。。。為什麼有幾個洞啊我想問呢。。好難過

入住兩晚，第1天晚上是12點這樣入住的給我們房間窗户外面就是一個大型的施工現場。第2天星期六早上六點多鐘開始施工了， 我們1點多入住，本來就想着早上多睡一會，可是6:00就開始施工了，真的很無語。早上跟前台説幫我們換房間，但是前臺中午聯繫我，説跟我一樣的大床房沒有了，讓我升級為豪華大床房。我不會加任何的錢去升級。因為換房間是因為你們房間太吵而不是我的原因。最後他幫我換成了標準間。我覺得你第1天給我留的房間明明知道在施工為什麼不跟客人説明。我多少錢填就定了，可是他沒有聯繫我沒有人跟我説。本來出去旅行就很累了，就想着晚上好好休息。
