The room and setting were lovely. Spacious and warm and I enjoyed treating myself with the coffee and tea and beautiful bathroom facilities. However, I was ill in the night and thought I had reacted to a fish dish eaten in the restaurant!

I arrived around 9.30pm on a midweek night to find lots of cars in the car park and a big 'do' going on in the function room. It was pretty loud as I was checking in and worried me that I would be disturbed. I need not have worried, I could not hear a thing in my room and was able to recover from a long journey in peace!
I did not have dinner but enjoyed the breakfast buffet all the more for having missed a meal the evening before.
I'd be happy to stay here again.

We enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea here. Lovely warm welcome, beautiful sea view and delicious food. Te p’nawn bendigedig! Highly recommended for Coeliacs - just notify them when booking. Lovely selection of sandwiches, scone with jam & cream, quiche, pizza bites, brownie… with endless refills of tea & coffee. Even had a doggy bag each to take home! This was a birthday treat from family - a lovely idea.

A beautiful hotel with stunning views and a warm friendly a**osphere. I would not hesitate to recommend this as one of the top places to stay in Wales. We had a room with a small balcony. It was nicely furnished with a lovely comfy bed, the room was very clean with a nicely appointed showroom. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant and relaxed in the spa . We were so lucky to watch dolphins in the bay as we ate our breakfast. We hope to return again later in the year.

Only disappointed was that on arrival asked about the Spa and was told full for that afternoon could go in morning at 8am. Was advised on booking to book spa before arrival.

What a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location,views out to see,along the cliffs and the beach. The welcome was nice,the room was lovely,we paid for a sea view and it was so worth it,the room itself was super clean and modern,the bed was very comfy and i loved the pillows,my partner didn’t,he said they were too flat even though there was 2 of them,wasn’t a big problem though. Food was fantastic and the staff all happy and looking smart in their uniform

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cliff Hotel. What a wonderful Birthday Celebration for our bestie. From the moment the 5/6 of us arrived to the time we left we had a brilliant experience. The breakfast choice was excellent and the evening meal outstanding.

A bit disappointed with this hotel, no one made us feel special, I had heard good reports. Our room was just about ok, dirty marks on the walls and doors and the carpet could have done with a clean, the bathroom was not sparkling - just about ok! We had booked dinner at the hotel but after we were shown to our table we waited for 20 mins and nobody came to take a drinks or food order even though all the guest around us were being served. We were not happy and left.

An excellent hotel - and even better if you get a sea view room. The food was well prepared using good ingredients, the service was excellent and the whole a**osphere really was most enjoyable. we will certainly be returning - and, hopefully, fairly soon
