We had to pay 200 yuan deposit for room. Not super foreign friendly for the cost I especially liked the plum delivery at 2100 in the evening

Just like last year, I returned to Chengdu from Yunnan in March and stopped by Ya'an in the early morning to rest for one night. I booked a room at one o'clock. The front desk lady called us in advance and said she would be there soon and waited for us. We arrived at the hotel at two o'clock in the morning and upgraded our room type for free. The hotel parking lot is next to the elevator on the underground first floor. It is very convenient. It will be the best choice for future visits to Ya'an. There are also many places to eat downstairs.

There aren't many people in Ya'an. The hotel is in a great location, by the river, and it's convenient to eat and park around. The service is very thoughtful, and there are small gifts and gifts, which are very considerate. The room is large, and everyone is satisfied with the breakfast. I will stay here again next time.

The room is big, and the breakfast is rich in variety, although I only ate a little bit, mainly because my family advocates not to waste. The front desk has plenty of hot water, and the security guard is also very kind. In the morning, I went to get water and the front desk brother took the initiative to help and brought disposable cups. He was very enthusiastic and great. It was a very good experience. During the Chinese New Year, the 300+ hotel is worth it, and there are many places to eat around. 😄

The facilities and equipment are very aged. When the cold air is turned on at 22 degrees, it is not cold at all and smells musty. The push-pull windows have no ventilation at all. I was woken up by the heat in the middle of the night. The indoor temperature was 27 degrees. It was raining outside and it was cool. Very, the room is stuffy and hot, the toiletries are very cheap and of low quality, and the hair dryer overheats within a minute and cannot be used anymore. I feel totally sorry for the price.

They said that we were upgraded to a room, but the bed in the room was two single beds put together, with a groove in the middle. It was really uncomfortable to sleep. Because I put my luggage there and went out to play, I found out when I came back to sleep that there were 2 combs and a toothbrush in the toiletries. Then before 9 o'clock, the cleaning lady started talking in the corridor. The room is not very soundproof, and the voices in the corridor can be heard clearly in the room. May I ask if all guests of this hotel check out before 9 o'clock? They don't consider guests who want to have a good rest. The intercom is also turned to the highest volume. It's really speechless. I wanted to have a good rest after driving for a whole day, but I couldn't. Everything else is fine. And this kind of bed should remind guests in advance and let guests choose it themselves. There is no prompt at all. How can two people sleep? They slept in that sunken place all night. I have stayed here several times, and this time I am really speechless😓
