This is our top choice when visiting Ya'an! The environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hygiene is excellent, facilities are top-notch, and the service is great.

The bathroom floor drain had a terrible smell! The service attitude was poor! The TV system was old and couldn't cast apps. In the morning, the noise from housekeeping upstairs and next door was unbearable! At 3 PM, my room still hadn't been cleaned, and they upgraded me to a problem room! The staff were sluggish!

As a Hilton property, everything was reassuring. The service was excellent; they specially installed a baby playpen for our little one and pushed the two beds together. We also got an upgrade to a river view room. Shopping and dining options nearby are very convenient.

The hotel's location is great, and the night view from the window is absolutely stunning. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a thoughtful touch that they allow pets, though there's an extra 300 RMB pet fee. Overall, it was a good experience, perfect for families traveling with their dogs.
