The staff are very kind and polite. The view from the rooms is great, it's very quiet, and the access to the public bath and restaurant is well thought out. The parking lot is spacious and easy to use, which I thought was great.

I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days in December and was very satisfied.
Although the facilities are a bit old, they are neatly maintained and everyone at the hotel responded kindly, so there was no inconvenience.
I was able to work comfortably because I was able to respond in Korean through a translator.
