The hotel is close to the seaside. We were given a sea view room. The environment is very good and the boss is very enthusiastic and willing to help. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk from Miyanoura Pier.

とにかく清掃が行き届いておらず部屋中ホコリだらけ。換気扇もホコリまみれ、エアコンからホコリが舞い、カーテンはカビだらけ。 食事は毎回時間通りに行っても早くから並べているからか驚く程冷え切っている。 屋久島名物のトビウオの唐揚げもカチカチ、塩辛い味噌汁と炊いてかなり時間が経過したであろう御飯を出される。コスト削減に尽力されており宿泊者が滞在しているが食事時に暖房も付けられず他の宿泊者も皆ダウンを着て食事していた。ポットの電気やホールの電気がしっかりと切ってあった。 屋久島の思い出が残念なものとなった。

ツアーで３泊した。３室あるTwinの部屋は２階にあり海を臨める。バス、トイレ付きだが、壁にはカビが。高温多湿がなせる業。食事の内容は安定感がないが悪くない。ただ作り置きなので遅くなるほど冷えてくる。若い人は島外に、残った年寄りが懸命に働いている。

スタッフの女性たちは腰が低くて、感じのいい方ばかりです。屋久島名物のトビウオの唐揚げが夕食に出ましたが、冷めきっていて、カチカチで歯に刺さりそうで、ほとんど食べることができませんでした。街で食べたときは、しっぽまでいただきました。朝夕の食事がまずい…。通路階段がほこりだらけで、屋久島の人って、ほこりに無頓着なのかな…と思いました。たたみは百年くらい使っているのか、茶色でした。部屋に冷蔵庫、コップ、ポット等はありません。人感センサーの階段を下りて、食堂の冷蔵庫まで、コップを取りに行くのですが、センサーの位置が悪くて、足元が危険です。スリッパもボロボロです。観光資源にあぐらをかいているのは、ハワイとか白浜と同様です。
