Sankara Hotel & Spa Yakushima

Although the location is far from the port, there is a reason why it is located halfway up the mountain at the southern tip of Yakushima. It boasts a beautiful view overlooking the vast sea and the mountains behind. The stars are incredibly visible at night. Not to mention the service. It's best. The pool water is cold, but the sun is shining so there is no problem. Due to the nature of the island, there are mosquitoes. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The best I would definitely visit again It's a resort.

1) Paddler services are not widely used in Japan, and I thought that there are few such wonderful paddler services. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Paddler A, who was indebted to me personally and provided a wonderful service to other customers as well. 2) Regarding meals, the comfortable food menu was sophisticated, and although it was a simple menu such as salads and hamburgers, it was made with great care and was delicious! (There are some other menus that I'm interested in, and I'm looking forward to the next time.) On the other hand, I wondered if there was another menu for creative dishes and breads. (I think there are personal tastes ...) 3) Regarding drinks, there were many local products such as original drinks, and I enjoyed it very much. On the other hand, regarding the serve of wine etc., although it is a luxury hotel restaurant and from 2000 yen / glass, there is no tasting, detailed explanation, follow-up, etc., so I was reluctant. 4) The atmosphere of the room, facilities and amenities (local brands and environmentally friendly products) are also excellent. In addition, two types of soaps were installed, and I was able to choose the scent that suits my mood. However, although the shaver is a high-class item, it is very heavy and not easy to use, so I think it would be more convenient if it was a little lighter and cheaper to use. thank you for helping me!

Un endroit paradisiaque . Très beau jardin merveilleusement planté et entretenu en pente face à la mer. Belle ambiance d’éclairage le soir. Villas disséminées dans le jardin très très spacieuses et très confortables. Personnel très prévenant et sympathique . Restaurants REMARQUABLES ! Tant au RdC qui assure les repas qui n’ont de “normaux” que le nom, tant tout y est délicat, réalisé avec beaucoup de produits locaux , un peu fusion car le chef a bénéficié d’influences françaises . Quant au restaurant gastronomique comptoir de l’étage, il nous a paru digne d’un ** Michelin. Meme l’accord mets/vins y est réussi ! Piscine, laverie, salle de sport, salon lecture avec un quasi open-bar … On n’en part qu’à regret !
