Только переночевать и то навряд ли выспитесь. Напротив отеля находится заправка. В 5 метрах. Комнаты маленькие. Постель не удобная. Завтрак и ужин очень скромные. Даже на завтрак растворимого кофе нет. Как могли присвоить этому отелю 4?

A little bit far from the city center, but clean hotel, friendly staff with tourists. Elegant rooms and the breakfast was normal. You can take a taxi to visit the city center, was safe at night, at least in pandemic period

The hotel seems to get dirty quickly, and the cleaning staff just leaves the dust and hair and other stuff in the hallway while they are cleaning. So if you leave after the morning rush you will see a dirty hallway. This is random, but the pillows are also too thick.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The swimming pool is fantastic although it can get very crowded during the day. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired for a 4-star hotel. There is a disinfectant bottle at each floor but, like everywhere in Mardin, no one wears a mask. That could be because of the sweltering weather. Hotel is very far from the city center & most of the cites of attraction. So for those who do not come with their cars, be ready to have enough money on you for taxis.
