山形駅のすぐ目の前のため、とてもアクセスが良かったです。ホテルも綺麗で大浴場がありありがたかったです。

朝食を食べようとしたのだが中国人観光客が大量に押し寄せて予約内に食べれなかった。チェックイン時フロントで希望時間のチケットを選ぶシステムだったので各時間帯に枚数制限があるはずですが、明らかにおかしい人数が食堂に並んでいた。チェックアウトが早いから早い時間帯を選んだのにこれはいかがなものか、なんのための食事の予約チケット？エレベーターも上り下りも大混雑でゆっくり泊まれませんでした。もちろん夜もうるさくて寝れませんでした。過去一番の最悪な宿泊になりました。泊まるんじゃなかった！

素泊まりで予約しましが朝食もついてて得した気分でした。朝から芋煮.、だし豆腐などの郷土料理などバラエティ豊かな朝食で大満足！チェックイン時に希望する時間帯の整理券がもらえます。私は8:00〜8:30までの利用でしたが、1Fレストラン前には並んでる人が結構いました。混雑状況は部屋のテレビで確認できます。駅から徒歩2、3分で繁華街も近く、人工温泉、朝食付きならコスパいいかも？
今回喫煙部屋しか空いておらず部屋に入った時にタバコ臭がしましたが、清浄機が置いてあったので稼働させて就寝。問題なく寝れました。アメニティは置いてありましたが必要最低限だった以外は総じて満足です。
また山形に訪れた際には利用させていただきたいです。

It was conveniently located near Yamagata Station with a convenience store and supermarket nearby.
The only thing that bothered me was that the Wi-Fi in the room was weak and hard to connect.
