Conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station, this hotel is extremely convenient as a base for sightseeing or business. Its location in front of the station ensures a stress-free stay even on busy travels. While the building itself is somewhat dated, it is well-maintained and the rooms are kept clean. While breakfast is not free, many guests have commented that it is substantial and offers good value for money, making it a great choice for those looking for a hearty breakfast. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and free parking, making it easy to access by car. However, Wi-Fi signals can be weak in some areas, which may be a concern for those prioritizing stable connectivity. On the other hand, some have pointed out odors due to the building's age, the lack of a washlet, and aging facilities. Those seeking comfort and modern amenities may find it lacking at times, but considering the reasonable price and convenient location, it is well worth the price.

The hotel is located in front of Xinshankou Station, and the transportation is very convenient. Although some facilities look a bit old, they are well maintained and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The equipment outside the room is noisy.

The front desk staff was polite and very helpful. However, I was surprised by how humid and moldy the room was, especially during this time of year. I think it would be a little different if they paid more attention to deodorizing the room and turned on the exhaust fan before checking in.

It was a shame that the hallway smelled like cigarettes, but the room was cleaned thoroughly and the amenities were adequate.
