The room did not match the photo I booked. I like the one with two windows, I chose this hotel because of the picture. It turns out that there are two different room models at the same price. Although we asked to change to the same room model as the one in the picture I booked, and we were the only guests in the entire hotel, the hotel refused to cooperate. It is indeed a bit unhuman. The bathhouse does not provide yukata. The bathhouse is private by reservation, but it can only be used on the first day. It is not open on the second day. It's a pity that I can't take a bath in the morning in early spring. The hotel is very new and everything else is very good. The location is quiet and the staff are quite friendly. It's just a rule, a bit rigid

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but it is no problem if you travel by car. The design and decoration of the hotel are very fashionable, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is quiet, and you can see deer, kittens, etc. The hotel has two private hot springs for bathing. You can use it by making an appoin**ent with the staff. The basic ladies' toiletries are all available, and the hair dryer is from Dyson✨ The hotel staff were very helpful and patient. I had a problem with my car when I was traveling by car. I needed to call the local police and get a report for insurance compensation. Thanks to the staff who always helped me communicate in Japanese, it made things a lot easier and saved me a lot of worry. 👍All the staff are very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Although Lake Kawaguchi is more popular, Lake Yamanaka is also good. It is close to Shiratorihama and you can have close contact with many swans😆

It was stylish and great!

It's within walking distance from Lake Yamanaka, but it's a little far, about 500m away. When we checked in, they asked for a copy of our driver's license, but they didn't explain anything about the inn. (We found out later that there was a family bath, and they didn't explain anything about breakfast time, etc.) The staff couldn't speak Japanese at all, and were slow to respond when we asked. To top it off, they got us the wrong room and guided a new guest into our room. The facilities are great, but the maintenance is insufficient. For example, the door doesn't close completely. The washlet in the men's bathroom on the first floor is broken. In the morning, we asked for breakfast 30 minutes early, and they said they were happy, but in the end, only the first coffee came on time. Other than that, it was 20 minutes late. It's disappointing, even though the price is ridiculously high. This may be fine for Chinese people, but it's completely unacceptable for Japanese people.
