Hotel Mt. Fuji Reviews

The hotel is located in the mountains of Yamanaka Lake in Mt. Fuji. The room is large and comfortable. You can see both Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from the balcony. The location is excellent! The hotel is equipped with a free shuttle to take tourists up and down the mountain, which is very convenient. The hotel is fully equipped with warm decoration, equipped with an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot spring SPA. It is very popular with local and European tourists (not many mainland tourists), which really relieves the fatigue of the journey. The French set menu was booked for dinner. The drinks, pre-meal, main course and after-meal service were all very professional and courteous. Thumbs up. The self-service breakfast restaurant can directly see Mt. Fuji. While tasting the food, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mt. Fuji. It is beautiful.

The hotel is located on the top of the mountain beside Lake Yamanaka, with a wide view and Mount Fuji. The ecological environment is also very good. The building is old but well maintained. The hotel provides free shuttle bus service. As long as you arrive at the Yamanakako (No. 138) station of Mount Fuji, you can call the front desk and a car will be sent to pick you up (until 9 pm), which is quite convenient. The service details are good. Since the express bus I booked does not have the No. 138 station to choose from, I asked Mr. Watanabe at the front desk to help call to change the boarding point. He saw that we were about to take the SHUTTLE down the mountain, so he let us go first and have fun at ease, saying that he would help us arrange it. After arriving at the hotel in the evening, he not only helped to change the boarding point for the next day, but also booked the SHUTTLE according to our ride time, providing a very good service experience. The hotel's two dinners, the Japanese kaiseki cuisine is a bit simple, but I personally think the French set meal is more colorful. The breakfast is good and recommended.

Hotel has Swimmingpool but doesn’t open it for guests. Lobby stuff not very helpful.

A great hotel, located in Lake Yamanaka, which is quieter than Lake Kawaguchi. The rooms facing the lake are great. If the weather is good, you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mount Fuji! Recommended room facing the lake, very beautiful!

位於山上的酒店，位置有點偏，但考慮到山中湖一帶，本來就應該是這樣的，住這裡，其實就是看中她家的露天風呂，入住當天很冷，泡在温泉裡很舒服。但早上的自助早餐就非常一般了，不好吃。

Can't manage to get the hotel shuttle van service so took a taxi up to the hotel. Had a wonderful onsen experience and good buffet dinner at the hotel .
