Nice view of Mt Fuji behind courtyard of the hotel. Children & even baby are welcome as all amenities are prepared. Authentic Japanese breakfast, superb Onsen bathroom and many more surprises. Will definitely recommend to others.

very nice hotel with Japanese style room and breakfast. we've got push bike rent for free and around 6pm they offer hot chocolate and marshmallow skewer to cook in the fire, in the gardenin front of the mt. Fuji. the onsen is pretty good too and rooms are big. I would book it again

庭で備付の焚火台を楽しめたり、電動自転車を有料で利用できたり、スタッフもにこやかで、気持ちよく滞在できました。ありがとうございました。部屋から富士山も望めました。 和室に滞在して、敷布団が薄かったので少々背中が痛く、その分★-1で。(笑)

このお値段でしたので、あまり食事は期待していませんでしたが かなりのボリュームと、味も大味ではなく良い塩梅で品があり、どれもこれも美味しかったです。 また、スタッフの皆さんが本当に優しく対応して下さりありがたがったです。 お湯は温泉ではないし、設備も古かった（エアコンの音が大きく、冷蔵庫の音も大きかったので夜は消すしかなかったです。エアコン無しでしたが、フロントで毛布を借りられたので寒さは感じずに寝れました。）のでそこを嫌がる人もいるかもしれませんが 私達は大満足で山梨が大好きになりました♪

夕食の山中湖小会席は、飽きること無くいつも旨いです。料理長のセンスにはいつも感心させられます。 温泉の少し熱めの設定が気に入っていて、１日に５～６回も楽しんでしまいます。 いつも家族で楽しませていただいております。こちらお宿（NTT保養所）20年以上利用しています。支配人や責任者等いろいろと代替わりして、雰囲気が多少変わってきましたが、それぞれで想い出があります。 今回は、大雪でしたが時間を早めて到着しました。車はノーマルタイヤだったので、時間が遅れていたらいけなかったかも知れません。 翌朝は、道路は除雪されていて移動できそうでしたが、宿の駐車場は（恐らく料理長がやっていたと思います。）除雪作業の途中で脱出が難しそうでしたが、おかげで無事に抜け出せました。河口湖方面へ出かけて楽しんできた後に宿へ戻り、温泉、食事、ゆったりした時間を過ごせました。おかげさまで毎度ゆったりした楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ています。 また、家族で訪ねることを楽しみにしています。

２泊３日させていただきましたので、ゆっくりと満喫できました。 到着時にはロビーに温かいお餅ありのおぜんざいと焼きマシュマロが用意されてあり、おぜんざいは甘くとてもおいしいお味でした。子どもは焼きマシュマロに大変喜んでおりました。 夕食はスタンダードにしましたが、本当にスタンダード？と思うくらいの量とお味で お酒が進み、スタッフの方の笑顔と素敵な対応でとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 最終日は雪になり、車を出すためにスタッフの方総出で車の雪かきまでしていただき 最後の最後まで至れり尽くせりの、アットホーム感と高級感もある何度も訪れたくなるホテルでした。 以前泊まったときには富士山をぼ～～と眺めながらお風呂に入った記憶があるのですが、今回は外を見ることができず記憶違いだったのかな？と思いながら適温のお風呂にぼ～～と入っておりました。 またぜひ伺います！
