温泉宿が好きで、こちらも以前から気になっていた宿でした。悪い評価をつけるのは今回が初めてです。良かった点は、シャワーも温泉であることと、夕食の牛肉が上質だったことぐらいです。残念だった点は多数ありますが、とにかくありとあらゆる面で貧乏くささを感じました。大浴場等でスリッパを入れる透明なビニール袋をくれるのはいいですが、部屋の案内を見ると「2枚目からは有料です」とのこと。ビニール袋が有料だなんて、スーパーのレジ袋じゃないんですから…。せめて書き方の工夫ぐらいはほしいところです。夕食のしゃぶしゃぶ鍋に火をつける時も、「お湯と燃料に限りがありますので、沸騰したらすぐに野菜とお肉を入れてください」との案内。え。もし足りなくなっても追加してくれないの？こちらが食べるペースを、お湯と固形燃料に合わせないといけないのでしょうか。しかもその時同行者は諸事情で席を外していました。そんなに急かすのなら、せめて戻ってきてから火をつけませんか？着火のタイミングを勝手に決められた上にそのような案内をされ、非常に驚きました。食べている最中に逐一食器を下げに来るのも失礼です。客が箸を置いたタイミングか、新しい料理を出すタイミングで下げましょうね。ビュッフェじゃないんですから。夕食の時間は小一時間目安とありましたが、どのような根拠で算出された時間なのでしょうか。私には、コロナ対策という大義名分のもとに、客に迷惑をかけてでもコストカットを断行しているようにしか感じませんでした。大浴場も、照明を最小限しか点灯させておらず、暗くて危ないです。到着時にすでに布団が敷かれているのも、事前に案内があるべきですね。とにかくコストカット、経費削減が全面に表れていて、こちらがみすぼらしい気分になりました。土日の宿泊でしたが、一人10,000円なら納得できたと思います。

There is an inn in a deep place near the prefectural border of Yamanashi and Saitama. I accessed from the Chichibu side, but it was a thrilling experience because dump trucks and large vehicles were coming. The entrance to the ryokan is easy to miss if you are driving comfortably on the national highway. The ryokan that stands along the Naebuki River is intricate like a maze and is irresistible for architecture lovers. The point that caught me was that the check-in process was not smooth. Seseragi-no-Yu had a small bathtub, while Yakushi-no-Yu was large. The men's and women's baths are switched at 10:00 and 21:00, so you can use both baths, but Yakushi's hot water was definitely the best. Some people have different tastes in lukewarm water, but it is recommended for those who want to take a long bath. (I might be more worried about the cold in winter.) Iwaburo Keiryu Miyabi no Yu, which can only be reached by using an elevator, was suitable for Lord Shingen's hidden hot spring. The meal was a meal at the venue, but the waiter who was in charge seemed to be a veteran, but he had an aura of trying to proceed at his own pace, and I didn't feel good. This point was also disappointing. I would like you to provide a sincere response that puts the customer first. The food and bath were good, so I wanted you to work a little harder on the customer service side.

The hot springs are smooth and have plenty of water. I took a bath 3 times. It was a wonderful source of water. The open-air bath was a bit cold, which was disappointing. The food was not very salty and was suitable for elderly people. There were various types of wine, but there were few types of sake. In the morning, I went for a walk at Ichi-no-Kama Falls. After trying our best to walk through the rocky terrain, we came across a large waterfall. I got some good exercise and breakfast was delicious. The room is average. The employees were kind.

It's a famous historical inn, and the staff is very responsive from the moment you check in. The baths also have a luxurious stream of hot water, but when you go to a hot spring inn, you always check the hot water display that says that chlorine disinfection is used... It seems that they don't use circulation, so where do you mix the water? I don't know if it's there, but there was no smell of chlorine. The famous open-air bath, the rock bath, is accessed from the 1st floor, where the in-house bath is located, by taking the elevator to the 1st ba*****t floor, then descending the gentle stairs to reach the open-air bath along the riverbank, but these open-air baths are located elsewhere. There are no steep stairs that are common in baths, and there is little difference in height, so I don't think it will be a problem unless you have very bad legs. Because the source temperature is low and not heated, the water temperature in the open-air bath is a little low, so it can be quite cold on cold days. There is no heating in the changing rooms, so it may be difficult for women in particular. (That's what my wife said too) The rock bath is a mixed bath, but from 4:00pm to 6:30pm is reserved for women only. By the way, the temperature of the water in the open-air bath facing the indoor bath in the hotel was even lower, making it difficult to bathe. It wasn't as bad as Takaragawa Onsen, which is famous for its large open-air bath that I went to in the same month last year... However, although it is classified as a simple hot spring, my skin was smooth after the bath, and I was able to take a long bath in the warm water, so it was very relaxing. I did. There was nothing special about the meal, but I was grateful that it was served hot and in small portions. I was able to stay there for just over 10,000 yen using travel assistance, so I think it's a pretty good value for money.
