Hotels in Baota District, Yan'an

I accidentally booked the wrong room type, as I wanted one with a view of Qingliangshan at night. Luckily, there was a room available, and the kind young lady at the front desk helped me upgrade to a scenic room for a small difference in price. The room facilities were all excellent. While waiting to check in, as there were many people, I enjoyed the complimentary black tea at the front desk – it was really good. The hotel also features some antique TVs and sewing machines. The calligraphy and paintings in the hallway are truly remarkable; I walked around every floor as if I were at an art exhibition. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it's well-maintained and refurbished, clean and hygienic. All the facilities and equipment are also very complete and well-maintained. Whether it was the front desk staff or the cleaning ladies I encountered, everyone greeted me warmly. A very pleasant experience overall.

I had really high expectations for Yan'an Hotel, especially since it's on the 'must-stay' list and got 5 stars! From a distance, it looked incredibly grand and impressive!!! **Facilities:** Does it actually meet a 5-star standard? The facilities are quite old, and the bedding and toiletries are comparable to budget hotels, or even worse quality! Surprisingly, there was a big bathtub. Even though it was already midnight, I felt compelled to use it; otherwise, it wouldn't be worth it and would be a disservice to those five stars. **Hygiene:** There was hair, but it was too far to complain to the front desk, so I just put up with it!!! **Environment:** The bedroom was very spacious, primarily for that bathtub. The shower space was only big enough for one person, with no room to adjust the water temperature. The toilet was behind the door, and if you opened the door, you'd hit your head. I really don't understand that design.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I'm sensitive to the cold, and they thoughtfully moved me to a room on a higher floor, which I really appreciated! The room itself was unique, with a cave-style *kang* (heated bed) that was a full three meters long. Our balcony overlooked Red Street, and at night, we could watch the illuminated Ferris wheel 🎡. I'll definitely stay here again next summer! 👍👍👍

The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast offered a great variety. The facilities were comprehensive and very modern, with electric curtains. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet and dry separation. Check-in at the front desk was smooth. There's an independent parking lot available, and a shuttle service is provided, which is very convenient. It's only a 3-minute walk to the scenic spot. Highly recommended!

Driving all the way from Jiangnan to Northern Shaanxi, I was truly struck by the extreme geographical differences. The cave hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip to Yan'an. It was uniquely charming and spotless, with excellent facilities and wonderfully attentive service. They even upgraded our room based on our specific needs, which was a fantastic bonus. Definitely a five-star experience!

The location is excellent with convenient transportation. The room is quite spacious and clean, perfect for families with children. Free parking is a plus. The bed is very comfortable, with a slightly softer mattress, ensuring a pleasant stay. The front desk staff are all very helpful, proactive, and enthusiastic. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options, and I personally feel it offers great value for money. The service staff are highly professional, which sets it apart from many budget business hotels.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

This store is doing well in all aspects, the room is clean and tidy without dead ends, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and the decoration style is simple and atmospheric. The service staff is warm and friendly, will not be overly disturbed and can provide help in time. The location is easy to find, the transportation is convenient, the price is super high, the overall is very satisfied, it is worth everyone to come and experience.

I always book Vienna Hotels when I travel, and this time, passing through Yan'an, I booked Vienna again. The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are very clean, the front desk staff are excellent, and they even upgraded our room. The breakfast was also good. I will continue to stay at Vienna Hotels.

The hotel furnishings and layout are comfortable and stylish. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The front desk also thoughtfully helped us upgrade the room type. The hotel parking lot is large and free, and no procedures are required to drive away. It is close to the train station and the airport. It is highly recommended~
