Bed was comfortable. Check out timing's are flexible. Washrooms with full utilities. Tv channels streaming was good. Parking space available. Breakfast quality was good. Sea front. Receptionist was very good. Easy to communicates. Overall pleasant stay

We would like to thank the Novotel staff, especially Lalit and Manohar, for making us feel welcome and making our stay at Novotel Yanbu a special one. We enjoyed our stay and the sandy white beaches, but regret to not be able to swim in the hotel swimming pool.

The best hotel among Yanbu hotels, great staff attitude, comfy stay and delicious foods. friendly and humble staff especially manohar as always very generous and cheerful. Great stay as always, Thank you.

In fact, this is not my first stay at Novotel Yanbu, when I visit this city, Novotel is my favorite place to stay for several notes: The hotel's beautiful location on the Corniche and its proximity to the beach. Furnishings and room cleanliness. The kindness of the staff at the reception and the restaurant, everything is beautiful and wonderful

I booked a sea view room. Once i checked to the room i found out that it is not sea view and the reception claimed that the all reservations are mentioning sea view OR city view. After accepting that, the carpet of the room was dirty and covered by red color ( i am not sure if it was a blood ) Once i communicated my concern to the reception, he told me that there is no other empty rooms and i have to accept the room. I asked for cancellation and he told me that i should wait until he communicate with the duty manager which took 1.5 hours until the came to me and asked me to accompany him to the room to show him the red marks. When i showed the red marks in the carpet. He told me that they are doing renovation for the place and most of the room are the same and he cannot do anything to me and i have to accept the room and the next day, they will refund me for the second night but NOT the first.. The attached pictures are showing the blood spots in the carpet.

I enjoyed staying in this welcoming hotel, I know it’s going to be my first choice whenever I come to Yanbu. I highly recommend this place as it is also very close to the beach, many restaurants and cafés. Thank you guys.
