1.辦入住的時候員工就搞錯套餐內容，還覺得他們特別對（他們認為的內容少了很多東西）；2.入住後送的遊船茶點慌稱為下午茶，後續反饋了就一口咬定那個就是下午茶，要不是套餐中有文字描述，那真的消費者虧死了3.套餐內原有的下午茶讓酒店補送各種拖拖拉拉，而且還想繼續少送，和平台反饋後才稍微老實了，終於一次補齊了 4.某天晚上拍泡温泉發現癩蛤蟆！簡直嚇**！消殺沒到位！他們來弄走的時候還嘻嘻哈哈，一點沒道歉 5.套餐裏面還有很多東西，比如寵物零食、漢服體驗，這些到退房都沒有給，問他們要了也是沒反應（不問就不提）6.遊船時間寫的和描述不一致 7.整個服務特別差，管理特別差，問題發生以後整個酒店就變成縮頭烏龜，尤其是管理層！到後來離店都沒有一句道歉，也沒有任何補償。 8.一開始也是合理反饋，前台弄員工還嗤笑，説這個促銷的低價套餐，所以就是這樣的！我説你仔細看看內容，好好反饋，那姑娘也是皮笑肉不笑，最後就來了一句：好的 我反饋了 ，就沒有了，沒有了？！總結：純粹泡温泉不要服務體驗的，可以考慮；但想要價位內合理服務體驗的就需要謹慎，這家酒店衹會讓人超級生氣！
