We stayed at the hotel as a family. The check-in process was easy and quick. Being able to check in at 9 a.m. was also great. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the area where the hotel is situated was very quiet and relaxing over the May holidays. Breakfast was lovely; there were Chinese and western food options. Just a suggestion: with the floors of the room being dusty, it would be great if the hotel had basic cleaning equipment, especially for longer stays (I do not feel comfortable contacting the staff to clean the room, especially with the language barrier, so it would just be easy to do it myself quickly). It would also be great if a microwave, plates, cutlery, and serving utensils could be included in rooms, especially for longer stays and for parents with children. Having rooms with a play area would also be awesome, and I would definitely pay more if the above were included. There is also room service available from the cafe on the first floor, where drinks and sandwiches can be delivered to your room, or you can enjoy it downstairs with a great book from the library. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

At the same time, the hotel is also a pet-friendly hotel. Pets need to pay a cleaning fee of 200 yuan to enter the room.

Moreover, in such a big hotel, there is no staff to deliver luggage in line, which is very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast in the hotel is not worth the 98 yuan at all. The milk is made from milk powder, and snacks such as small cakes are made from cheap plant-based cream. I probably won’t choose breakfast here again next time.
