到店告訴大床房沒有，有標間我説不願意住，讓我去看標間。看完我還是告訴她説不願意住，他説讓我在平台上弄，我一看時間超了取消不了。過了大概10分鐘，他又説有房間，他給朋友留的，讓我們住，不可以退錢。。我老公上去看的房間，房間小，環境差，不通風。而且他説給朋友留的，我們也不知道有沒有人去住過，所以我們不願意住。讓他退錢，他還説不給他，還各種威脅，辱罵。我沒去住房間，但是不聯繫親們入住。環境差，自己沒有大床房，後來網上還一直掛着大床房，發佈虛假訊息，耽擱我們時間，晚上還開車去找別的房間。服務態度差。環境差，出來玩的不建議選擇。還是選擇靠譜的酒店。
